Eden Hazard makes Real Madrid debut – European round-up

Eden Hazard produced his Real Madrid debut since they survived a Levante comeback to win 3-2 from the ancient kick-off of La Liga.
Karim Benzema headed Real before 25 minutes when he met with a cross from Dani Carvajal along with the France struck again a few minutes after a finish after latching on to a pass from James Rodriguez.
Brazil midfielder Casemiro extended Real’s advantage right before half-time with a run to meet a cross however, Levante hit shortly after the interval through former Madrid forward Borja Mayoral.
Hazard left his first appearance from the bench, replacing Casemiro after a hour, having missed this campaign’s first three league games with a thigh strain.
Levante came close to levelling in stoppage time but Real scraped the victory after four matches and decreased the deficit to move from Gonzalo Melero thanks to some header.
